Every new hire goes through a paid, five-day training program. A background in health care, home care, or customer service is a plus, along with being physically fit and enjoying active work.

• At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and your own reliable, insured vehicle
• Live within 30 minutes of a Jeannie Cleaning office
• Comfortable working around pets
• A smartphone to use the Jeannie Cleaning app
• Able to pass a national criminal background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test
• English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills

Yes! At three months, the goal is a full schedule with consistent quality and positive reviews. At six months you're eligible for promotion to team lead, overseeing a small team, managing schedules, and checking quality. At nine months you're eligible for the trainer role, training new hires and improving cleaning techniques across the team.
