Anyone can earn Jeannie Rewards Points and take part in our referral program! Whether you’re a current customer, previous customer, service customer, friend, family member, employee or an avid fan, we appreciate you spreading the word about Jeannie Cleaning.

As a Jeannie Cleaning client, you can earn 15 points for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases (see “Non-Qualifying Items” below). Points will vest and be available for redemption in your account within 30 days from your payment date. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent on qualifying purchases (see “Non-Qualifying Items” below).

There will also be special events, member offers, new services and exclusive invitations to earn even more rewards. 

If any discounts are applied to your invoice, points will be deducted for that amount. Rewards Points are non-transferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Rewards points are accessed through your Jeannie Cleaning account. Clients will receive a monthly update of the points balance and rewards available. To redeem points, respond to the notification email or contact our office at 269-762-2111 or hello@jeanniecleaning.com. Points may be used for future purchases and may only be used for a discount off purchase amounts equal to, or greater than, the total purchase. Jeannie Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of services.

Jeannie Rewards Points will not be earned for the following: Gift Cards/Certificate purchases, discount coupons, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.

Jeannie Rewards may not be used for discounts off the following: prior purchases, purchase of Gift Cards/Certificates, purchases made for resale. Other exclusions may apply.

The following rewards are currently available for redemption:

• Appliance Cleaning 20K pts
• $100 off Deep Cleaning 35K pts
• 2 Hours of Organizing 45K pts
• Gift Certificate $150 45K pts
• Donate a Cleaning for A Reason visit 45K pts
• 3 Hour Priority Cleaning (Extra services) 55K pts

Only 1 Cleaning Reward may be redeemed per month. Jeannie Rewards cannot be combined with any other offer. Points have no cash value.

Jeannie Rewards points will expire after an account is inactive for 36 months from the date of last purchase. Jeannie Reward points are non-transferable.

Referral Gift Cards of $100 for new recurring clients will be paid out once your referral’s 3rd cleaning visit is completed. Gift Cards of $25 for one-time cleanings will be paid out after their cleaning is completed and paid. You will receive a notification email that will inform you about your referral status. You will receive your first referral gift card in the mail in about 10-14 business days AFTER delivery. Every referral reward after that will be loaded directly on your card.

Please keep your card safe! If you lose your card, you can call card services at 1-800-798-4104. You will be charged a reissue fee of $10 that will be taken out of your card balance.
