One of the many things I love about my hometown of Kalamazoo, is the way our businesses and organizations work so well together to make our community stronger, better and more vibrant. There are so many businesses here that have been started out of a passion for serving others and making their lives better. Jeannie & Co. is one of those businesses and now we would like to introduce to some of the other local businesses we recommend.

Kelly Duggan is the local owner of Kelly Duggan Image Consulting. She started out as a healthcare professional and found she enjoyed taking care of others and making a difference in their lives and businesses. In the late 1990’s, Kelly began offering professional development training, coaching and consulting services as Style Solutions. She grew her business services and transitioned her company to Kelly Duggan Image Consulting (KDIC) in 2008.

Trained and Certified KDIC is an award winning member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), the largest professional association of personal and corporate image consultants worldwide. From 2005 certification, continued education and board involvement has been completed through AICI, with early training and certifications through The Crowning Touch. AICI core competencies include appearance, behavior and communication, supporting KDIC’s belief that a best impression is much more than appearance and lies in the combination of how we look, act, speak and dress. Additional training and certifications that have been added in more recent years include menswear styling, through J.Hilburn Menswear and 360REACH Personal Brand Survey, with personal branding pioneer William Arruda. Philanthropy In addition to being a professional coach, speaker and men’s stylist, Kelly feels privileged to serve with a philanthropic community of image professionals. Image Impact International (III) collaborates to inspire groups, organizations and communities worldwide to achieve their highest personal and professional objectives. Her current projects include a co-authored image and disability book project and image and disability training curriculum for the Fashion Institute of Technology New York City (FIT). Kelly has found it to be a rewarding experience combining her healthcare and image development backgrounds, along with the personal connection of a brother living a full life as a quadruple amputee.
